Capgemini New Zealand Limited's Bank Transfers app provides an easy way to create Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) bank payment files that can be loaded into banking software for New Zealand and Australian banks.
You can generate payment files to pay outstanding vendor invoices or to refund customers. The one-time vendor feature allows you to create electronic payments for one-off invoices, without the need to first create a vendor and vendor bank account.
Our payment breakdown report will show which bank accounts are being paid into, and for New Zealand banks you'll see a Hash Total that can be used to check the imported file matches the values you have reviewed.
After uploading the payment file to your bank software, you can print and send remittance advice reports or send remittances directly to your customer or vendor as an email attachment.
